Service Description
Research indicates that men who find it difficult to express their feelings openly actually struggle to recognise and accept any signs of mental health issues. Getting help means relying on others, admitting there is a problem, and expressing uncomfortable emotions, which are behaviours that defy societal narratives about masculinity. What is your school doing to support? A 2-hour session on developing safe spaces for Men's mental health within our schools and colleges, exploring the need for awareness, understanding the bigger picture and creating a culture of dialogue and openness. Join our Founder and CEO, Dan Edwards who will guide you through a journey of understanding and learning to ensure your taking the right steps for your organisation.
