Tickets purchased for any online learning are for personal use or within your school; we reserve the right to cancel any ticket without refund or compensation that has been copied, duplicated, or sold to a third party.

Once you have purchased your ticket, it cannot be exchanged or returned. However, in the following circumstances, you can apply for a full refund (see refund process below).

You cancel your place by emailing office@leadinginthenow.com before the event 14 days before the start time and date.

If any event is cancelled in full, rescheduled, or the venue changed, preventing you from participating.

Refunds will be made via bacs; please allow 5 working days from the date of request (this excludes time taken for bank processing and security checks).

No refunds will be offered to any participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the event.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please get in touch with office@leadinginthenow providing details of your ticket purchase and the reason for the refund. Refund requests will be accepted and reviewed up to 14 days before the event starts. Any requests received after this time will not be honoured.
For all honoured refunds, please allow 5 working days from the date of request (this excludes time taken for bank processing and security checks).
If we do not honour your refund, we will write to you explaining why we have made this decision. If you are dissatisfied with our outcome, refer to our complaint procedure.
