Leading In The Now is evolving and working with more and more organisations to support their organisational culture. Having founded the company in July, Dan was keen to ensure he had the right people to ensure sustained success for clients both nationally and internationally.

October welcomes the onboarding of two key associate partners to the company to enhance and provide a wealth of practice and experience.

These techniques and tools allow Jess to tap into her client's subconscious minds and bodies, access their zone of excellence and improve performance in all areas of their lives.

Jess prides herself on her intuitive and empathetic nature. She creates safe spaces for people to show up authentically, and cultivates curiosity and self-reflection, enabling the people she supports to empower themselves and access the answers they need. After 15 years working within the corporate recruitment world, and burning out on a regular basis. Jess is passionate about supporting people to manage their energy and emotions, tap into their true potential, as well as feeling seen and heard within the workplace.

Nick Edgar is a passionate Mental and Emotional Health Advocate and is accredited by the ACCPH in Transformational Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy and is a person with lived experience of mental and emotional distress.

Both personally and professionally, he displays an ongoing commitment to his personal healing, learning and growth, and continual development of mental and emotional resilience skills and he practices mindfulness and well-being techniques daily.

He has over 20 years experience of in a variety of primarily customer-facing management and leadership roles and as well as being an Associate Partner at Leading In the Now, manages his own private coaching business and works in a freelance capacity co-delivering training programmes to peer support workers both within and outside of the NHS.

He firmly believes that personal and organisational leadership culture is anything but 'fixed' and inevitably hierarchical. Furthermore, with ongoing intention, commitment and support, he believes that leadership, organisational and personal goals can be achieved in line with increased well-being and happiness in the workplace rather than at the expense of it.
